Service Description

Please email me directly to set up a free consult prior to booking a session package. • Coaching sessions take place online via facetime or zoom. • We meet once a week for 60 minutes • Session package options: 4 weeks, 8 weeks, or 12 weeks • Pricing: $500 / every 4 weeks • Includes parent support, and email access anytime for student and parents The main topic of my coaching style is to help a young person uncover their core identity, values, beliefs, and personality. The more tools they are given to explore who they are, the more connected they will feel to themselves. This connection to self, deeply roots us into our confidence, motivation, responsibilities, and resilience. By giving young people the tools to explore their unique dynamics, we are able to set a foundation for them to exercise boundaries and strengths, even when they aren’t able to meet expectations. (Good grades vs. bad grades, not being the strongest on a team, how to handle difficult friendships, strengthening self worth to set boundaries in relationships, clear thinking and communication, and so much more.) Each child that coaches with me will learn practical mindfulness strategies that can be used anywhere anytime. They will practice quieting the mind using the breath and learn the emotional map that is within all of us, The Chakras. The chakras play a pivotal role in understanding how we process our emotions, where those emotions get trapped in our bodies, how trapped emotions affect us on a physical level, and simple maps of how to process uncomfortable emotions and get them moving again. These coaching sessions provide a tremendous, and much needed foundation for young people today. Because standards are higher, and young people have more responsibilities, and more information to sift through in today’s world, they also need practical yet deeper tools to understand how to handle all of it.
